Requisition Import Failed With "This Item Is Missing a List Price" - Internal Requisition Across Set of Books

Symptoms
Running the requisition import program (REQIMPORT) to import internal requisition across set of books,
requisitions are not created and the requisition import exception report show the following error :
Column Name : UNIT_PRICE
Error Message : This item is missing a list price in the item master setup window. Please enter a list price greater than zero (0) in the item master.
Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Fill the requisition interface table to import internal requisition ( Requisition_type = INTERNAL)

2- Run requisition import
