Shipments Using Dynamic Schedules Do Not Have Commercial Terms Copied From Order (Doc ID 427710.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.0, Find that inco term data is not being copied on to Dynamic Trip Shipments even though Order Releases are set with Inco Term data

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that Inco term data is copied

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a Dynamic Trip schedule and generate shipments
2.Set up 3 order releases with Inco Term specified in such a way that they can be planned on the dynamic trip shipments
3. Bulk plan these order releases and review the Shipment in the financials tab and note that the inco term field is empty

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, inco term data is not being copied to dynamic trip shipments resulting in confusion
