Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.8 in Production:
Find that for some orders (RMAs using flow type of Return for Credit Only) the line is
remaining in a booked status and is not interfacing into AR to generate the
credit memo

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the line to interface into AR and then progress to a closed status

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot issue the customers with the expected credit memo
