E-Business Suite 11i : Intermittently Receive Error "Cannot Display Page Across Multiple Products" In RAC Environment (Doc ID 427931.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2 , RAC Environment with two Application nodes load-balanced using Hardware Load Balancer.

In Self-Service Web Applications across various products ( iProcurement and iExpenses ), getting disconnected intermittently with the following error message:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Access Oracle Applications homepage

2. Click on Apps logon links

3. Click on E-Business Suite homepage

4. Login as sysadmin user

5. Page is displayed with list of responsibilities

6. Select User Management - Click on Users - Click on the torch icon next to Role.

Sometimes it works and display the results , intermittently gives the above error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work successfully as they get disconnected intermittently with the above error message.
