Intermittently Receive Error: Cannot Display Page Across Multiple Products In RAC Environment

On 126.96.36.199 , RAC Environment with two Application nodes load-balanced using Hardware Load Balancer.
In Self-Service Web Applications across various products ( iProcurement and iExpenses ), getting disconnected intermittently with the following error message:
Error : Cannot Display page
You cannot complete this task because one of the following events caused a loss of page data: Your login session has expired. A system failure has occurred. To proceed, please select the Home link at the top of the application page to return to the main menu. Then, access this page again using the application's navigation controls (menu, links, and so on) instead of using the browser's navigation controls like Back and Forward.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Oracle Applications homepage
2. Click on Apps logon links
3. Click on E-Business Suite homepage
4. Login as sysadmin user
5. Page is displayed with list of responsibilities
6. Select User Management - Click on Users - Click on the torch icon next to Role.
Sometimes it works and display the results , intermittently gives the above error.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work successfully as they get disconnected intermittently with the above error message.
