Symptoms
Created an alert in an instance with Frequency: On Day of the Month, Day: 10, Start Time: 17:00:00.
On Monday, April 2, ENABLED the alert (checked Enabled check box). At 00:00:00 on 03-APR-2007, the Periodic Alert Scheduler picked up this alert and the alert was fired at 17:00:00 on 03-APR-2007.
