Error While Processing Shipmentstatus XML With Change In Shipmentrefnumvalue (Doc ID 428104.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5 CU1, When attempting to add additional reference numbers to a Shipment via the Shipment Status XML, the following error occurs:

ERROR
CAUGHT THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION WHILE PROCESSING TRANSACTION:
glog.util.persistence.PersistenceException: No_Record_Found for
glog.ejb.shipment.db.ShipmentRefnumPK

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a Shipment reference with the Update Allows flag to One,Update
2. Build a shipment and add the shipment reference number on the shipment
3. process a shipment reference number with the Shipment reference number for matching as the Shipment GID with a qualifier of GLOG and additional reference number with a qualifier the same as the one set in Step 1 and a different value

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update reference numbers via shipment status XML
