Appointment Management Screen Does Not Show Subsequent Time Periods (Doc ID 428108.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5, when calendars are set on Location resources with subsequent time periods so as to accommodate different activity time factors, the display does not work properly as the 1 minute gap is being considered as a closed period

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the minute difference between the time periods is displayed correctly with out treating the gap as closed periods

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a location with a resource type as DOCK door
2. Set up a 1 day cyclical calendar with activities as
Day 1 12:00 AM until 01:19 AM Perform RECEIVE 1.0
Day 1 01:20 AM until 01:59 AM Perform RECEIVE 0.4
Day 1 02:00 AM until 04:00 AM Perform RECEIVE 0.6
Day 1 04:00 AM until 04:00 PM Perform CLOSED 1.0
Day 1 04:00 PM until 05:59 PM Perform RECEIVE 0.6
Day 1 06:00 PM until 11:59 PM Perform CLOSED 1.0

3. When viewing the appointment in the Dock manager - Appointments Screen, the slots between 2 Am
and 4 Am are shown as closed periods while they are not as the above calendar activity suggests.

Due to this issue, users cannot set location resource calendars with different time factors
