Null Pointer Error Returned When SP Appointment Preference Windows Are Not Met

This problem can occur on any platform.
A null pointer is thrown when there is a preference windows defined for a service provider and the
actual time window available is insufficient to meet the required appointment time for shipment.
OTM does not move on to look at the next time slot. As a result, the appointment cannot be scheduled
