"About This Record" Window Is Not Being Updated Correctly

FORM:OEXOEORD.FMB - Sales Orders
Goal
The "About this record" window from the sales order form has been incorrectly updated on orders after cancellation was performed. The "updated by" field display
an iStore <user ID> (ie a user which does not have access to Oracle Application). It does not display the user ID who performed the cancellation.
The "last updated by" sometimes contains a user id that is not associated with the Order Managment application.
