UWQ: Clicking On A Node Gives APP-JTF-210604 Multiple Errors (Doc ID 429219.1)

The following error occurs when clicking on an UWQ Node (i.e. Service Requests > Group Owned):

APP-JTF-210604 Program error:

Please inform your system administrator or Support Representative that:
jtf_grid.populate package reports error.

An unexpected error occurred in jtf_grid.populate
   datasource: <CS_SR_UWQ_GROUP_DS>

The following information is available:
The error is most likely in the form or the metadata definition.

The error stack is (first 1000 bytes):
   ORA-00923: FROM Keyword not found where expected.
   ORA-06512: at "APPS.JTF_GRIDDB", line 837
   ORA-06512: at "APPS.JTF_GRIDDB", line 878

(N) Spreadtable -> Metadata Administration

1. There could have been a requirement to show some additional columns for which a new view was associated to the Datasource.
After changing the default view in the Spreadtable Metadata form the error started.

2. After reverting to the original view, the error would not go away.
