Charges Order Status is 'Entered' instead of 'Booked', when created from Field Service (Doc ID 429541.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement

Find that in Field Service module, the debrief charges (sales orders) are getting created with status "Entered" instead of "Booked".

Expected Behavior
Expect order status to be Booked

Steps To Reproduce

1. Debrief completed normal.
2. From SR, submitted charges. The system created sales order.
3. Check the Sales Order status.
