How To Process Stuck RFQ Approval (Doc ID 429694.1)

On, RFQ it is stuck due to:

1. 'User Approval' process times out and hence the corresponding Main approval process is stuck. System Administrator attempts to Rewind the 'User approval' workflow process without success.

2. The 'User Approval' WF process is complete, but Sourcing Main Approval Process is
still pending.

How can users resubmit the RFQ in these cases?
