Symptoms

Find no data is displayed in the Channel Manager Dashboard and no records returned when searching Partners for personalization (saved searches).

STEPS
Responsibility: Channel Manger
In the Dashboard, no records and all values show zero

Choose Partners from the short cut list
Partner page is displayed
Choose Personalize button
Enter criteria such as World% in the Partner Name field
Run the query
No records found matching the given criteria
