PAC Period Cannot be Closed as There are Pending Transactions (Doc ID 430147.1)

Symptoms

Unable to close PAC period even if the perpetual costing period is already closed, meaning that there are no pending transactions. When trying to close the PAC Period the system is showing the following error message:

Period Cannot be Closed as There are Pending Transactions

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Close Inventory Period.
2. Run Periodic Acquisition Cost Processor -Navigation: Periodic Costing --> Periodic Acquisition Cost
3. Run Periodic Acquisition Cost Adjustment Processor- Navigation: Periodic Costing --> Periodic Acquisition Cost Adjustment
4. Run Periodic Cost Processor-Navigation: Periodic Costing --> Periodic Cost Processor.
5. Periodic Costing --> Periodic Close Cycle --> Periodic Accounting Periods
When you check the Status, it is showing completed for all the cost groups, but still unable to close the PAC Period
