Symptoms

After entering a personalization (Create Item), attempts to access the page error:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.NoObjException: JBO-25003: Object oracle.apps.per.selfservice.common.server of type ApplicationModule not found

Self Service Personalization > Added an Item to a page.
