-- Problem Statement:
In short term money deals. The Comments Internal field is blanked out for the old transaction. Renegotiate a transaction that has a value in the Comments Internal. The OLD transaction will have the Comments Internal blanked out.

-- Steps To Reproduce: Query a deal and a transaction that have Comments Internal populated under Transactions>Additonal Details.
- Click on Select Above Row for Reneg
- Check the Reneg box
- Enter a date
- Save transaction
- Select the new transaction
- Navigate to Transactions>Additional Details
- Comments Internal is null

-- Business Impact:
Cannot track the transaction with the internal comments getting null-ed out
