Oracle Learning Management (OLM): Unable To See Online Synchronous And Asynchronous For Delivery Mode (Doc ID 430507.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new deliver mode, Online modes are not listed, though the OTA Online Learning Option Licensed is set to Y.


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Learning Administrator responsibility
2. Click Function Setup Administration
3. Click Delivery Modes, Add Delivery modes
4. Unable to see Online Synchronous and Asynchronous radio button.
