Symptoms
When a user creates a new code combination on a purchase order distribution, but does not close the form, if another user enters a journal which creates a new CCID on the same summary template, the system reports that GLSMAH cannot get an exclusive lock on GL_CODE_COMBINATIONS
If Posting runs at the same time, it fails in gludlk() with
GLSMAH cannot get an exclusive lock on GL_CODE_COMBINATIONS
