Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
When attempting to run customer interface, Customer interface fails on specific operating units / organization

ERROR
No error message is given, only request ends in error.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility name = US AR Manager
2. Menu item = Interfaces > Customers
3. Request opens with a window where defaulted values are accepted.
