The iStore 'Global Bin' Is Not Displaying To Allow Users To Select the Currency for Multi-Currency Site

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Although the site has multiple currencies enabled, the Global Bin is not showing to give users the currency picker.
-- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define multiple price lists one each for a different currency
for example, Canadian Price list (Currency = CAD)
American Price List (Currency = USD )
and Mexican Price List (Currency = MXP)
2. Login to iStore
3. See 'Global Bin', it does not show the currency at all, it only shows account number and other information.
