iSupport: Error With Attachments If Project Number Is Mandatory

After making Project Number field mandatory in the delivered Oracle iSupport region: IBU_CF_SR_40_A672
When trying to create a Service Request without an attachment during the Service Request (SR) creation process, system is working okay.
However, when adding an attachment during the SR creation process, system is giving an error saying that the Project Number value is required, even though the information was already entered.
Error: Please enter/select the following required field(S).

(R) Application Developer Common Modules
(N) Define Regions
. Application = iSupport
. Object Name = ICX_PROMPTS
. Region Name = IBU_CF_SR_40_A672
- For field Project Number, check the 'Required' box
- Bounce Apache.
(N) Support Tab: Create Service Request
- Enter all required information
- Add Attachment
- Click on the 'Next' button
- Get the error.
