Getting a 'Document sequence was not found...' Error When Creating a Clause (Doc ID 430919.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a Clause, the following error is shown.

Error
Document sequence was not found for generating clause number. Check the document sequence setup.

Steps
1. Using the Contracts Terms Library Administrator responsibility, navigate: Contracts > Contract Terms Library > Clauses.
2. The indicated error appears when the 'Create Clause' button is pressed.
