This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
When attempting to assign the job title to a salesrep via the Resource Details - Main page, the following error occurs:
ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 0 at _oa__html._cnsfdetl._jspService(_cnsfdetl.java:2473)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Incentive Compensation Super User responsibility.
2. Navigate to OIC> Resource Main page.
3. Enter a particular resource.
4. Assign the job title to a resource (or salesrep)
