Symptoms
For 11.5.10 upgrade, receive the following error in the Asset Workbench form when clicking on the Mexican Globalization Descriptive Flexfield:
Error: APP-FND-00654: FDFBDF: GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY has not been assigned as a descriptive flexfield column. The flexfield compiler has detected that an unrecognized application column is being assigned to a flexfield segment. Please check the FND_COLUMNS table for data integrity problems.
