Cannot View And/Or Update a Price List That Was Just Created When Pricing Security is Enabled (Doc ID 431137.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
Find one cannot find the price list created even though the table QP_LIST_HEADERS
is populated with the data. The price list cannot be queried from the Define Price List form.

Pricing Security is enabled.
Maintain/View are assigned at the responsibility level.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to be able to query the price list that was just created.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigate to: Pricing -> Price Lists -> Price List setup
Create a price list
