Personalization Option Not Changing Even After Changing Profile Options: Personalize Self-Service Defn and Personalization Region Link Enabled
After setting the profiles for personalization

- Personalize Self-Service Defn
- Personalization Region Link Enabled:
- to 'NO' at both the Site and Responsibility level,(US HRMS MANAGER)
when accessing Self Service, the page still displays the link for personalizations.
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. System Administrator > Profile > System
-
- Select both Site and US HRMS Manager Responsibility
- Enter Profile options:
- Personalize Self-Service Defn
- Personalization Region Link Enabled:
- and Set to NO for each
2. Log into the application and select US HRMS Manager
3. Personalizations links are available
