Goal
When the Mailer encounters errors regarding unsolicited mail, it can get into a loop which causes the mailer to stop. This can be managed by setting up TAGs within the mailer configuration files which will cause these messages to be ignored by the mailer.
Common errors reflected as this:
UNEXPECTED:[SVC-GSM-WFMLRSVC-122354-10006 :
oracle.apps.fnd.wf.mailer.IMAPResponseHandler.processSingleMessage(Message)]:Problem reaching
content in step {Parsing email} -> javax.mail.internet.ParseException
