Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
Find after an order line on an order created from a BSA is closed, the status on the BSA form is
still showing 'In Process' instead of 'Fulfilled'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the Quantity status to show 'Fulfilled'

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create BSA
2. Create a new order from the BSA Quote through Release
3. Complete a line on the Sales order after booking.
4. Check the status of the Order Quantity on the BSA, and it indicates 'In Process'
5. Check the status of the Order Line in the Sales Order and it is in status 'Closed'.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot determine the accurate order line quantity from the BSA forms.
