How Does one end an Element Entry That Does not End-Date After De-Enrolling or by Manually Attempting to Delete the Element? (Doc ID 432592.1)

Goal

When an employee selects to decline coverage during open enrollment, the element does not end-date. Manually attempting to end date the element results in the following error:

ERROR
APP-BEN-93109: You are attempting to modify an element entry which is attached to a standard rate.
