When attempting to run the Collect EDW Dimensions or Facts the following error occurs:

ERROR
ERROR ORA-06510. INVALID NEXT STORAGE OPTION VALUE PLEASE FIX


"EDW_COLLECTION_UTIL.push_to_target error while pushing to target
-2219 : ORA-02219: invalid NEXT storage option value"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. After submitting the concurrent process for any Collect EDW Dimensions or Facts
processes
2. Review the request logs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot collect or load data in the datawarehouse.
