Shipping Transaction Form (WSHFSTRX) Shows Delivery Lines With Exception-WSH_CHANGE_SCHED_DATE (Doc ID 433021.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to ship certain orders, the following error occurs:

Some of the deliveries have errors/warnings.

The exceptions column in the Shipping Transactions form,  Lines/lpns tab, is checked and 'View Exceptions' screen shows delivery lines are marked with exception as  'WSH_CHANGE_SCHED_DATE' .

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Superuser > Enter sales order
2. Book the order,
3. Change the date in main tab, the scheduled ship date is changed.
4. Pick Release
