Symptoms
On 11.5.9 in Production, loaded over 166,000 rows into the CST_ITEM_CST_DTLS_INTERFACE table with cost type of pending. Launched the Cost Import Process, CSTPCIMP, and, after over 6 hours, the process had not finished. Eventually, the process was killed.
