Symptoms
On 11.5.10CU2 in Production:
When launch cost manager, find the following error occurs.
ERROR
Cost manager error CSTPLCIN.COST_INV_TXN:CSTPLENG.insert_mclacd (10): ORA-01400: can not insert
NULL to ("INV"."MTL_CST_LAYER_ACT_COST_DETAILS"."INV_LAYER_ID")
STEPS
1. Launch cost manager
2. Update the costed_flag='N'
3. Re-run the cost manager
4. Error still occur.
