Unable to View Material Distributions in Material Transactions Form

Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
As of April the material transactions do not show the distributions. The button distributions
appears disabled. It is required that the distributions to the account of cost of sales exist.
This affects different transaction types as Purchase orders, miscellaneous transactions , etc.
the following error occurs:
ERROR
UNABLE TO VIEW MATERIAL DISTRIBUTIONS IN MATERIAL TRANSACTIONS FORM
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a transaction
2. Query the transaction in material transactions form
3. The distribution buttom appears disabled
