Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Advanced Benefits - Version 11.5.8 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Employee Life has Enrollment Certification Required.
Attached certification at the Plan Enrollment Requirement for a plan that has options.
Option is using multiple of compensation for coverage amount.
Certification is required if election is over $100,000. When "Proof of Good Health" is provided, the suspension releases the coverage.

When an employee experiences a "Salary Change", the election gets suspended and is requiring certification once again.
This is incorrect, if a person is currently enrolled in the plan and has provided certification in the past, the
certification should not be required again.
