Symptoms

Find that any changes made to the Intransit Time on the Transit Times form is not getting
reflected on the scheduled ship date field when a sales order is created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the scheduled ship date gets reflected based on the Intransit Time settings on the
Transit Times form.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Transit Time form and enter an Intransit Times for a particular Shipping Method.
2. Create a new sales order in the sales orders form.
3. Find that the scheduled ship date is not getting reflected based on the Intransit Time that's
entered on the Transit Times form.
