On 188.8.131.52 in Production:
When attempting to run customer interface, The process is not creating addresses
No error. Just the process is not creating addresses
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the interface tables
2. Run customer interface
The issue has the following business impact: the data is not imported.
