This problem can occur on any platform.
It created summary accounts for parents that were not linked to a roll-up group - this now causes problems with funds checking.
There had been undone some setup -disabled the parent values that caused the initial issue- and want to relaunch this request.
The parent value was disabled and the incremental program was run but the summary account with this parent still appears afterwards?
