FORM:WSHFRREL.FMB - Launch Pick Release Form
On 184.108.40.206 in Production:
When insufficient quantity is available to satisfy the total quantity ordered, pick release splits the order line into multiple delivery details, with decimal quantities on each of the delivery details.
Delivery quantity on the two delivery details should not be computed in decimal fractions, because the item in question cannot be physically separated into fractional quantities.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter order, select an item, and enter ordered quantity in some Unit of Measure other than the primary unit of measure as defined for that item in the Inventory Master Item form.
2. Book the order.
3. Pick Release the order, at a time when there is insufficient quantity to satisfy the entire quantity ordered. It is expected that the available quantity will be pick released, and the unavailable quantity will be backordered on a new order line.
-- Business Impact:
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, one order is split into multiple delivery quantities with decimals resulting in confusion and problem while shipping physical products.
