Last updated on APRIL 07, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Contracts - Version 11.5.10.2 to 11.5.10.2 [Release 11.5]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On 11.5.9+Find that when defining the clause text,  HTML tables are not shown properly in rich text editor.
HTML tags being shown in editor with the text instead of the HTML formatting the tags represent.

Expected HTML tables to be displayed in the clause's rich text editor.

Steps to Reproduce
In order to make sure that the proper HTML coding was entered, I found several websites that supplied the proper coding for HTML tables.
When the coding from these websites were entered into Oracle, none of these tables could be displayed properly as viewed on the websites themselves.

Business Impact
Due to this issue, users cannot properly preview HTML tables in the clause editor.
