Symptoms

Symptom 1 :

Unable to view PO in PDF format from PO summary.

When trying to view the PO output, the following error Internet Explorer error appears :

Internet Explorer cannot download ..... from ....


Steps To Reproduce:


1 - Navigate to Purchase Order Summary form

2 - Query a Purchase Order

3 - From the Inquire menu, select View Document

 

Symptom 2 :

PO Output for Communication errors out for some POs with the following error visible in the program log :

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unknown signal: ALRM
at sun.misc.Signal.<init>(Signal.java:124)

1 - Submit PO Output for Communication report
