Cancelled Order Line Has Associated Delivery Details In A Status Of "Ready To Release" (Doc ID 436288.1)

On in Production:

Delivery details remain in a "ready to release" status for cancelled order lines. Pick Release is failing in batch mode for all orders.

The issue can be shown at will with the following steps:

1) Order Management Super User Responsibility
2) Order Organizer > Query Order > Order lines show status "Cancelled"
3) Shipping > Transactions > Query Order > Delivery details show status "Ready to Release"
