Symptoms
On Release12 in Production:
Find that the default country when creating new site for a supplier is always the 'United States' (US).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to default the country different than US .
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the responsibility: Supplier Profile Administration -> Manage Profiles ->
2. Search for Supplier
3. Add the new site and notice the country defaults to the 'United States' as well as the address style .
