Unable To Remove Service Provider Profile From Location (Doc ID 437477.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


When editing the Service Provider Profile on the Routing tab of the Location editor you are unable to remove a Service Provider Profile set. You can change the profile, and set it if
it is unset, but the system does not process the change if you clear out the value in this field.

### Steps to Reproduce ###

Bring up the location manager by navigating to Transportation Planning and Execution->Location
Management->Location Manager. Search on a specific location. Click on the location ID field to
bring it up in Edit mode. Click on the routing tab. Delete all of the characters in the Service
Provider Profile field. Click on Finished. Application responds that "You have successfully
modified the following records:". Click on Edit. Click on routing tab. Note that the Service
Provider Profile has not been deleted, it has been restored to its previous value.
