Unable to access the Products tab in Oracle Marketing (Doc ID 438378.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Marketing, when navigating to the product tab , the user receives an error. That error has no number or code, it just displays the message: "Error".

Going back to the profile of the Oracle Marketing Module, "AMS: Item Validation master organization" has no value of which can be chosen from.
