On 5.5.03, 
When attempting to create or edit itineraries and service providers, the following error occurs:


-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- On OTM Version 5.5 CU3 running on OAS, Go to Transportation Planning and Execution - Itinerary Management - Itinerary Manager - New and the error message appears

2. Similarly, Go to Contract and Rate Management - Service Provider Management - Service Provider Manager - New and the error message appears
