EXECUTABLE:RAXTRX - Autoinvoice Import Program
Symptoms
The RAXTRX module: Autoinvoice Import Program is rejecting AR Contra Transactions with reason:
1) You cannot supply a blank <...> Chart of Account ((Null))
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the AR Contra Transaction gets imported without any problems
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Contra Charge
2. Submit the Autoinvoice
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import AR Contra Transactions
Note: In some other cases the message may appears more like: « You cannot supply a blank CC COA ((Null)) »
