iProcurement Punchout Gives Error Indicating Unit Of Measure Is Not Configured For Purchasing (or Category is Invalid or Not Configured For Purchasing) (Doc ID 438669.1)

Symptoms

The data used in the examples are simply arbitrarily selected example values for demonstrating the features.

Even after mapping Internal to External UOM values in ecommerce gateway code conversions,
iProcurement punchout still gives an error when trying to return to iProcurement with a punchout
item that uses one of the external UOM values.

Error

1. <item description> was not added to cart. Unit of measure PK is not configured for purchasing.
2. <item description> was not added to cart. Unit of measure EA is not configured for purchasing.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to e-Commerce Gateway
2. Define Code Conversion Values

Category Direction Internal Value External 1
UOM IN EA EA
UOM IN PK PK



3. Verify that EA and PK are valid internal UOM codes

4. Navigate to iProcurement
5. Select a punchout catalog and add items to the punchout shopping cart
6. Return to iProcurement and get the errors

Error
1. <item description> was not added to cart. Unit of measure PK is not configured for purchasing.
2. <item description> was not added to cart. Unit of measure EA is not configured for purchasing.
