Unable to see Payroll Checks in the Cash Management screens under Transactions Available to reconcile.
This happens even though the CE: Bank Account Security profile option is currently set to Payroll.
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Responsibility: Cash Management Super User
- Navigation:: Cash Management>Bank Statements>Bank Statements and Reconciliation
