Goal

Having following scenario:

Step 1: In Advanced Pricing, define a Modifier of type Promotion

The Promotional Item is Buy 1 Get 1 free

Step 2: Telesales-->eBusiness-->Quoting - Modifier is working fine and free item is getting populated on selecting the Buy item .

Step 3: Service contracts Manager-->Service Contracts Authoring--> Free item is not getting populated on selecting the buy item.

Q1: Is it possible to use an Automatic modifier for Promotional Item in Service Contracts?
Q2 :Why isn't the free item getting populated automatically in Service Contracts?
Q3: Why isn't the automatic modifier function in Service contracts Form in the same way it is
functioning in Quoting and Order Management forms?
